Photonet Gallery and printing consists of two gallery spaces and two 'lab spaces'. The hanging spaces are fitted with a fully adjustable and configurable hanging system, along with the very best in lighting.
Photonet Gallery is a dedicated photographic fine art gallery in the inner suburb of Fairfield. We show a wide variety of group and solo exhibitions throughout the year and aim to provide a welcoming space for photographers to show their work. There are two gallery spaces that can be hired together or separately for exhibitions. Please contact us for full information about exhibiting at Photonet.
We hold an annual open photographic competition, the Photonet Prize and a separate Student Prize. We also host at least one fundraising exhibition each year. In February/March each year we show works by a group of women photographers in support of the United Nations Women's Development Agency (UNIFEM) . Our monthly programme of Saturday morning mini seminars is open to everyone for a small charge. These feature prominent experts in specific areas related to making a living in photography. As well as the seminar we serve tea and Michael's Anzac biscuits!
The printing area is fitted with daylight lighting to optimise printing and design layout of your fine art images. We have the latest in fully color calibrated computer technology allowing us to accurately color proof your images.
